Lauren is a New York Times bestselling cookbook author and multiple Emmy Award-winning Executive Producer, renowned for creating top-rated food and lifestyle content for icons like Martha Stewart, Bobby Flay, Ina Garten, and Lisa Vanderpump.
Her passion for food and stories led her to culinary school, a sous chef role at Food Network, the creation of the hit series Next Food Network Star, and a career as Executive Producer for Martha Stewart Television and other major networks.
Lauren’s first cookbook, Kitchen Playdates, was written while raising her family in Brooklyn, where they explored a variety of global flavors.
